NaSTA 2006

Eleven entries and the best bits of what stoic tv has been up to in the last year... the NaSTA Award entries are finally here.

Our four main programmes are all up for awards in their respective categories: stoic news (the News category), Foot+Mouth (Light Entertainment), PanIC (Open) and Dead Air Space (Live). Moving In, our comedy drama filmed just before summer, is the Comedy entry, whilst our Short Film Group\'s slightly cheeky interviews on the impending Albert Hall demolition are in the Documentary category. The best of our Walking series of idents, played between the News and Dead Air Space, was our entered Ident.

After the stoic tv Awards, in which members voted in a (sort of) democratic process, we decided on our Best Male (Greg from Foot+Mouth), Best Female (Frankie, also from Foot+Mouth) and Best Title Sequence (stoic news) which have all been entered in these NaSTA categories. Finally, our Best Broadcaster footage showed compilations from all entered programmes, cut down into bitesize chunks in an easy-to-watch 10 minute format.
