Firstly, apologies for the photo. It was taken at NaSTA 2003, and in the larger photo you can see I'm surrounded by empty bottles of wine. Hmmm.

Anyway, I'm now a final year Computing student who has zero interest in going into computing - yes, stoic has corrupted me.

I joined in my first year (2001) when stoic had just moved into its new home in the West Basement, and we've been growing ever since. In my second year I was head of news and IT manager (or BOFH as some people realised), before becoming Station Manager in my third year.

Now I'm the treasurer, looking after the money and twisting people's arms for membership. I direct The Matt and Dave Show and occasionally appear on stoic News doing a newspaper review. I'm also involved with our neighbours, IC Radio, as their head of news and have a show on Friday afternoons, 4-6pm (cheap plug, sorry).
