STOIC TV is the television network of Imperial College! We're entirely run and maintained by student members and anyone can get involved in our operations.

Our live feed streams direct to the JCR and online. When there are no programmes scheduled, the live feed shows a sustained information stream including recent Imperial news and events and even London travel and weather information!

Our facilities include a studio for recordings with up to four cameras simultaneously, talkback radios and a fully equipped Gallery from which the lighting, sound and vision mixing is carried out. We also have a range of portable industry standard cameras for use out in the field, which can be used by any member. Our two edit suites accommodate video processing and editing, with PCs and Macs running Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.

Whatever you want to do, be it presenting, producing, directing, wielding cameras or editing, STOIC TV is the network for you. Many former Stoic members have found work in the TV industry too. If you'd like to get involved, please contact us or obtain a membership online!

STOIC TV is also part of NaSTA, the National Student Television Association. Most of the UK's student TV stations are part of NaSTA, and there are annual conferences and awards ceremonies. We have previously won Best Male, Best Female and Best Broadcaster awards, and are looking forward to more - help us out!
